Summary: The hotel must have been nice many years ago. It needs an update urgently. Not only the rooms but also the common areas. The restaurant has a variety of food, but only a few good options. Waiters just offer an okay service if you tip them in advance. Cutlery and plates were very old and often dirty. During breakfast you have to wait for cups to have coffee. But the breakfast food was very good, especially the homemade bread. The beach is very good with calm and warm water. The sunbeds were very old and broken. You have to fight for a spot on the beach or pool if the hotel is full. For an Iberostar hotel, I was expecting a much better service.
