Positive: Firstly, the room was one of the best I've seen in terms of the availability of everything from cooking utensils to the most wonderful thing, the washing machine. The lovely Ioana made my stay in her apartment one of the best I've ever had anywhere in the world. My sister Nana also helped me with my luggage, and I'm very grateful to her. Ioana's dear husband also went to a lot of trouble to help me unload the bags when I left. Secondly, I loved the location because it's very close to shops, grocery stores, and other amenities. Even better, it's only 500 meters to the tram stop, and Nice train station is very close, just a 5-minute walk. It's also a 10-minute walk to Monaco, its attractions, and shopping. It's like being in a city center, extending to the beautiful Nice promenade, from which you can walk 5 kilometers to Nice Airport. The best part is that you don't get tired or bored. There are restaurants offering all kinds of international cuisine, from Asia to Europe.
Negative: What I didn't like about some apartments is that when people enter, they slam the door and make a lot of noise, but I don't mind them; these are customs that vary around the world. An important note for Sister Ioana: she should set the water heater to 60%, not a high temperature, so that it lasts longer and doesn't break down or explode, God forbid. I repeat, the water heater temperature should be 60 degrees. This is my advice. And whoever is showering should only stay in the bathroom for 25 minutes. Thank you very much to our sister, Miss Ioana.
