The house is immersed in the green of the Benevento countryside and is part of a large building divided into several houses, each of which has its own independent entrance. (the structure is similar to that of the residences);
The outdoor spaces for the exclusive use of the guests of our house are:
the refreshment and relaxation area under the pergola, located in front of the house; parking for 2 or 3 cars, the whole area around the pool and the surrounding land space.
The house is located in "contrada Pantano" near the beautiful cycle path, over 6.5 km long. , built near the route of the Via Francigena, and only about 1.5 km from the railway station of the city of Benevento.
The housing solution we offer is independent, with private access to the ground floor, for a total of 4 beds plus bed or cot added
The house, equal to about 55 square meters, develops on the ground floor, where there is the living area, and the first where there is the sleeping area which is composed of n. 1 rooms with bathroom and two balconies, for a total of 4/5 beds with 1 double bed, with the possibility of adding a cot or another bed, 1 private toilet.
In addition to the spaces described, guests will also have access to a large paved outdoor area covered by a pretty pergola with a total area of approx. 40.00, in a metal structure partly covered by a wisteria plant and partly by a cloth. In this area it will be possible to organize pleasant barbecues using the present brickwork barbecue, spend part of the day reading, swinging on the swing or in the hammock; in short, a real multi-purpose area available to all guests
In the period from 15 June to 15 September, the private SWIMMING POOL can be used, for the exclusive use of the guests of the house, with a size of 5.00 x 12.00 deep from 1.20 m to 1.70 m which will be included in the price for stays not less than a week.
There is also a large parking area for cars in the shade of the trees and a recreational area for children
Included services: At your arrival the structure is ready: sheets, kitchen linen, needed for cooking and dining (plates, glasses, pots and pans, etc.) including basic seasonings: oil, salt, sugar, coffee, etc. You will also find consumer accessories in the home such as detergents, soap, etc.
