Summary: We had the most wonderful stay at Insulae Resort. Such a beautiful resort that went beyond what we were expecting. I commented to my wife that it “felt like a little piece of paradise.” It was so relaxing, the poolside lunch lunches are great, the bar serves great drinks at great prices and the a la carte restaurant, Zayt, is exceptional. We had dinner in there on the first evening and it was an experience to remember. All the staff were so friendly and engaging, we were made to feel so welcome. Special thanks to Antonino, Gianpiero and Salvatore. What great guys! We really didn’t want to leave and fully intend to stay again. We felt really at home is Sicily and there is so much more to see. Can’t wait to go back. Grazie mille a tutti!
