Nestled midway up the Gringo Hill. This prime location offers a harmonious blend of sea breezes, ocean views. Additionally, its convenient walkability provides easy access to both the vibrant town and the stunning beaches.
The space
Ixpan (Ish-Pan) is a large studio apartment with a pretty ocean view.
The stairs to the apartment bring you to the open, covered kitchenette and eating area, from where you look out at the ocean and the garden below.
The kitchen includes a two-burner gas stove and small oven, refrigerator, blender, toaster and coffee maker.
All necessary utensils and good quality kitchenware, as well as attractive dishes and glassware, allow you to prepare and enjoy breakfasts, lunches and light suppers.
