With cherry hardwood floors throughout the living room and dining room, this open plan makes the home feel warm and welcoming upon arrival. Dining room table comfortable seats 6 and off of the kitchen is a breakfast bar that seats 4. The fully stocked kitchen also includes spacious cherry cabinets, Corian countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The living room provides plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining guest or simple enjoying your night in.
The Master bedroom includes a king size bed, flat screen TV with cable, and the master bathroom with his and her sinks, vanity space, and a spacious walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom provides a queen size bed and TV and the 3rd bedroom provides 2 twin beds.
With entrances through the living room and master bedroom, you'll find a spacious glassed in lanai with TV Cable that's perfect for entertaining guest with the ample outdoor seating and complimentary gas BBQ grill. Lanai also features 2 outdoor ceiling fans to keep you and your guest cool if you choose to open the windows to enjoy the Florida breeze.
This home is only a short drive on your 2 seater electric complimentary golf cart to the highly desired location of Lake-Sumter Landing.
