Positive: The location was excellent. I was travelling with my elderly parents who are somewhat immobile. The house was comfortable and cosy and very well equipped. We could not get the WIFI to work but it was ok. A little frustrating, but it did not spoil our time there.

Negative: The copious amount of emails from your third party booking partner requiring confirmations x 3, and extra details was all a bit much. This was quite a turn-off to an otherwise lovely time away in the Blue Mountains.
