Summary: Far from 5 star. An average 4 star hotel at best. Good location for Yala but thats it. Nice beach and great pool. Rooms are tired, dull, boring, dirty and the smell from the bathroom is very very unpleasant. Couldn't open the patio door due to tatty rug on floor. Air con dripped onto wall mounted tv and floor. Damp patches on walls. Not great. Food in restaurants good, but waited over an hour for food in fine dining when only two tables. Don't bother with the spa, awful experience. The therapists were as bored as I was with a lacklustre rub down. Industrial air con made sure we had no chance to relax. No great. Must be better places
