Positive: I've liked almost everything. The communication with the host was amazing, and they replied to everything I asked really fast. I recommend the place to anyone and will stay there next time I come to Porto Alegre. Probably the best host I have ever had in an Airbnb stay!
Negative: The only thing to be careful of is that the common areas, in particular the rooftop, need to be booked in advance. I tried to use it with a colleague for a business meeting, and the building people told me I had to leave even though there was nobody using it. I tried to book it, and they didn't let me. This all happened because a "Karen" passed by and didn't like it. She called the building people to complain that we were drinking alcohol, which is not true. We had an alcohol-free beer. Also, the rules of alcohol not being allowed are strange because they have a beer machine there for people to take their kegs. Regardless, the place is really good, and it's not the hosts’ fault that the other residents are inflexible.
Summary: Amazing host. Very comfortable apartment.
