Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: This hotel is known as XIN JIN JIANG HOTEL on the DIDI app. The room is adequate, and the house staff are excellent. Breakfast ample. The Executive Lounge is open from 3 pm until 7.30 pm with alcohol available from 5 pm. The staff were friendly, and Mr Gillan Sun, the manager there, was most welcoming. Apart from the initial half hour, the staff were excellent and mostly smiling. The swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi are excellent. The hotel car to the airport was well driven and a smooth ride.

Negative: On arrival, it was a battle to confirm that we had booked the Executive lounge through Booking.com. Had to show the printed confirmation, and after about half an hour, the Executive Lounge booking was honoured. Don't bother to visit Flannigan's bar opposite the hotel, the only Irish synergy is one or two paper Irish flags amongst 100 others! Also, a few hustlers offering "Massages" as you approach the hotel entrance on foot.

Summary: A gem of a hotel, hidden away, Take time to appreciate the amenities and a discounted Exec Lounge.
