Just Beachy - formerly known as "Sandy Dunes" - is a newly constructed Miramar Beach vacation house rental tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Miramar Beach. With a private pool and a lavish interior design, the feeling of luxury and relaxation will surround you. Location is everything when it comes to this home. Not only is it a short walk to the community beach access, but it's just a few minutes drive away from the prestigious Silver Sands Outlet mall where shopping and dining options await! Baytowne Wharf is directly across Highway 98 and provides a fun village atmosphere for the whole family. There are countless activities to do near this lovely property to entertain everybody.
Step inside to the first floor of the home and you'll find three bedrooms, two king suites, and a double queen suite, each with a private bathroom. Take the elevator to the second floor of the home to the main living space. This space is delicate and open with top-of-the-line fixtures, stainless steel appliances, and a balcony with peek-a-boo gulf views. The hardwood floors and accent wall pull the room together for the ultimate luxurious feel. The whole family can gather in this area for time well spent and create memories to last a lifetime. A king suite is also located on this floor and has a private bathroom.
The third floor houses the master suite with a king bed and private balcony access with views of the Gulf.
