Positive: Beautiful grounds, wonderful staff, amazing onsen facilities & great food.

Negative: The fact that we had to leave & couldn’t stay longer would be the only thing I could complain about.

Summary: Absolutely amazing! Loved it & would recommend it to all. Beautiful hotel can’t wait to return
