Positive: - great location - nice clean room and bathroom - everything was spotless, especially in the bathroom - kitchen - all the facilities provided - cutlery, glasses, cups, electric kettle, coffee machine + tea and coffee - very helpful and communicative host

Negative: It was a bit cold in Rome when we were staying there and thus in the room itself despite the air-conditioner being used as a heater - the host reacted immediately and we were provided with extra blankets on top of the ones that were already in the room There was a power failure in the whole apartment - again when notified the host turned up immediately and fixed the problem
