Positive: View and location were both fantastic! Quiet - limited access road. Neighbors were all very nice. Quiet little town- not “tourist” town

Negative: Actual cabin is very rustic. Think old wood board cabin with old wood board floors that are not level, no insulation, no heat, no air conditioning, etc…

Summary: The cost is way too high for what you actually get.
