Travel Purpose: leisure

Negative: We booked this Airbnb specifically as it has a hot tub and felt we paid a premium for this special extra. I messaged the owner to let them know we definitely wanted to use it and they said it was on ready, we followed instructions to wait 5-6 hours for it to heat up however it remained cold the whole time so we couldn’t use which was a huge disappointment.
