Positive: The house is authentic and charming and the location is superb, in a lovely town with a great playground directly across the road.The pool and pool area was very nice. We had three separate apartments which was ideal for our three families who wanted to be together but have some level of privacy too. The apartments were spacious. Two of them had a washing machines and a clothes horse. Fabio the owner was really nice friendly and helpful with local advice and he responded immediately to any issues we had. On arrival each apartment had lots of snacks and a home made cake which was a fabulous touch.
Negative: The facilities in each apartment varied. Our kitchen was a bit sparse. There are lots of steps and stairs.
Summary: This house is not luxurious but has great character and we felt we had a truly authentic rural Italian experience
