Positive: I am not sure if there is anything we liked... I really doubt previous reviews are legit. This place is far from 9.5 excellent. we would give this place 7 good.

Negative: Even though the owners live just above the apartment and it is quite spacious beautiful Italian apartment there is no much love given to anything in it. Yes there is terrace, kitchen 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms - however everything is so out of date. I wouldn't recommend it to travellers who likes comfort, cosiness and cleanness. Also hot water lasts only 2 minutes. In general it was clean, however some towel racks and shelves had so much dust that it was uncomfortable. Kitchen tools (pans, oven pans) were so filthy and stinky that we had to clean them so well. Coffee machine is so out of date and never gives good coffee. Towels were cleaned long time ago and didn't have any freshness. Bed in master bedroom has slope from one side, so it is quite uncomfortable to sleep. We have adjusted and had a pretty much normal stay, however from our one week trip in Italy we were so happy to leave this apartment after 2 nights - all 3 of us had the same feeling. It could become great place if host would review all kitchen tools and update them with something we can actually use, do a thorough clean of the apartment and wash towels just before the stay. Also it is not worth the money - location is in the middle of nowhere and would be justified only if inside would receive more love from the owners.

Summary: We were happy to leave after just 2 nights, however it has all the possibility to become great place
