Positive: Everything is perfect: newly build, all modern facilities including a great coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, sun shades for the balcony, super comfortable bed. Apartment is in perfect condition and super clean. Super nice host, very helpful and responsive. Amazing location, only 5 minutes to a nice beach and a supermarket, a few lovely restaurants within 10 min walk. Beach is clean, has a lot of spots in the shadow which is really nice when traveling with kids.
Negative: If to be very picky, the sofa is a little too hard for sleeping, maybe an extra mattress could help.
Summary: Top notch experience, I will definitely come back
