Summary: The homeowner responded quickly to any questions we had in regards to the property and was very courteous. The house was super easy to access (lockbox) and was beautifully maintained. Having access to the garage and RV garage were a huge bonus for us as we had two bass boats that we needed to safely store at night. The house was decorated well and clean. The backyard was small and had a drop off at the property line (with no fence) to the neighbors behind who have a pool, so if you have little ones, keep a close eye on them. This did not affect us in any way since we were all adults, but its a good thing to know for future renters. There were a couple things that would have made the stay better, one is if there was one room with twin beds (instead of a queen) to accommodate adults that were not partnered together. Also a second set of dishes/flatware since there was only 6 of each, so we were constantly washing dishes. There were lots of frying pans of all sizes, but no sauce pans, so cooking was sometimes bit of a challenge, but we made due. The beds/pillows were all super comfy and everyone slept well. The house was well stocked with linens/towels. Overall this place was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again!
