3 Bedroom House in Clear Lake
The rental is for the whole house. The home is a cozy remodeled 1920’s farmhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It has all the amenities of home and is blocks from Clear Lake, downtown and The Surf Ballroom. On the ground floor there is the open concept living room (with 55 inch mounted tv with built in channels and streaming) dining room, and kitchen with a spectacular 14x24 deck as well as a guest room/ office with a futon, desk and wireless printer in the closet. The ground floor also includes a full bath with soaking tub/shower combination and the laundry. The upstairs includes the master bedroom with a TV, walk in closet, and bathroom with walk in shower as well as an additional bedroom which also has a TV and large closet. There is a nice deck in between the bedrooms for morning coffee or evening wine. The home boasts a nice combination of modern and mid-century furnishings. There are propane fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom. The house is nicely situated on a tree lined street with a large yard and friendly neighbors. The home is ideal for couples or small families of 4 or less. The home is NOT childproof and the steps to upstairs are VERY steep so please keep this in mind while booking, I would not recommend small children. I welcome dogs 20 lbs and under for an additional fee. There are several good eating options in the area including GeJos Pizza, PM Park, star Market and Lakeside Landing. There are a couple of breweries in town as well as a couple of neighborhood establishments that offer food and drinks. Please keep in mind some options are not available in off season. Sit back and enjoy beautiful evenings on the deck cooking some steaks on the coal to gas grill, soaking in the tub with a good book, take a bike ride or enjoying a puzzle or game with your friends or family. See a concert at The Surf, rent a boat and spend the weekend on the lake, bring your fishing poles and catch a big Walleye. No matter what you do, you will enjoy your stay at my cozy and comfortable property.
