You will have access to a 2-car attached garage and large back yard with a BBQ, propane fire pit, patio lounge chairs and a view fence overlooking the nearby lake. (The lake is run by the HOA, and is not available for swimming or fishing, but there are walking paths and benches around it that you can enjoy. And there are other fishing lakes around that I can direct you to, as well).
