Positive: The cottage itself was lovely with beautiful & tastefully decorated interiors. The check-in & check-out were smooth, and all pre-check in info provided was very helpful. The location of the cottage close to the resort was fantastic. The cottage had all required cutlery & kitchen utensils for a family. Kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor play areas, though. We enjoyed the bowling alley experience as a family (20 Euros/hour).
Negative: The swimming pool water & facilities were not clean and the timings were very inconvenient. For example, the swimming pool was available for two hours only (18:00 to 20:00) on Wednesday. When we were in the pool, we were asked by the staff to leave by 19:00 as the chef had taken ill and they wanted to close the restaurant early. The resort had literally no activities planned for kids during the 3 days we were there. The cottage itself was beautiful, but the stairs inside the cottage were fairly steep, and we had to ensure our children were climbing up & down safely. The twin beds were constantly moving away from each other. Would suggest replacing them with a queen bed at least in one or two bedrooms.
