Summary: The house is located very close to the beach as well as the town of East Hampton. Our group was 4 couples who all have small children, and it was perfect for our Labor Day weekend trip. The back deck is separated from the pool so we didnt have to worry about kids running in, but also were able to spend a lot of time there as it is a great set up. Also very close to Wolfners Winery, which was a great day trip as well. Keith was very responsive with all questions, and the house provides bikes which is great based off the proximity to everything.
