Las Gaviotas is located in beautiful Tamarindo, only 800 meters from the famous Playa Tamarindo beach! Our condo sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We have a fully equipped kitchen for making home-cooked meals, Outside, we are happy to offer a shared pool to help beat the heat, as well as BBQ facilities and a shared terrace. The unit itself has a small private balcony overlooking the pool, perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee with the sunrise or a relaxing glass of wine at sunset.
The property itself is located within a 5-minute walk of many restaurants and bars. Weโre also just a 10-minute drive from Las Baulas National Park, just 5 km from Tamarindo Airport, and 60 km from Liberia Daniel Oduber Quirรณs Airport.
A quick walk takes you to Tamarindo Beach, ideal for surfing and swimming. As one of the safest locations in Costa Rica, Tamarindo is a town in the Guanacaste Province, on Costa Ricaโs Pacific coast. Itโs known for beaches with strong surf, like Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta. To the north, Playa Grande beach is a major nesting site for huge leatherback turtles and forms part of Las Baulas National Marine Park. The mangrove-lined estuary of Tamarindo Wildlife Refuge protects animals such as howler monkeys and crocodiles. -We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
