- A fully equipped open kitchen: a dining table, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, cooking plates, a hood, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, dishes and cutlery.
- An office area with a bookcase that can open to the living room.
Night area:
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with a Queen-Size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), storage space as well as an adjoining shower room with an Italian shower and a large basin.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm), an armchair convertible into a single bed, storage space and a desk.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and a desk.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a double sink, a towel dryer and a hair dryer.
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
Fully enclosed land of 1500 m² including 1300 m² of garden delimited in three levels around the house:
- 1 st level: terrace of 20 m² exposed south-east and sheltered hosting a table or two tables for 6 people with Mediterranean lawn garden of 80 m² hosting the garden furniture.
- 2 nd level : 200 m² garden with flowers, a rose garden of about 40 plants and Mediterranean plants.
- 3rd level: large garden with trees around the house.

The house is ideally located in a quiet and pleasant area with a beautiful view on the Pyrenees and Carcassonne without opposite. The house is located in a residential area in a typical village in the heart of the Cabardès vineyards, 3 km north of Carcassonne. Departure for walks or bike rides in the vineyards 100 m from the house.
