Settle in with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace in the living room, chat over coffee on the private terrace with panoramic views, or stretch out with a book or listen to music on one of the plush sofas.
Five well appointed bedrooms that sleep up to 10 guests (8 Adults and 2 children) in ultimate comfort, with soft mattresses some of them brand new. ( 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 2 Single Beds, 2 Bunk Beds suitable only for children they are part of the master suite in the above mezzanine floor) and Baby Cot) available. Three with the family bathroom renovated in February 2023. For Larger stays for up to 12 Adults you can rent La Grappe villa which is a two bedroom 2 bathroom villa on the same property.
Outside, the adults can lounge by the fenced pool while the kids splash away or play ping pong in the on-site recreation room, located off the central courtyard. Mountain bikes, outdoor games, and a lovely covered dining area to enjoy alfresco meals. There’s plenty of indoor entertainment too, including DVDs, Amazon Fire Stick for streaming, blue tooth speaker, board games, toys, and even a PlayStation.

Villa Interior
Step inside Le Prunier and be enchanted by the elegant and comfortable décor featuring exquisite original features alongside carefully chosen furnishings showcasing both traditional and modern design. Doors from the relaxing living and dining rooms lead straight to the gardens and terrace with a mesmerizing view over the local area. The French country kitchen is home to an impressive seating for 10 dining table and modern appliances.
A large comfortable living room with areas of exposed stone and architectural features with 2 designer sofas and chairs. Both the kitchen and living room benefit from wood burners to make the indoor temperature comfortable all year. Easily accessed off the living room is a downstairs double bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. Climb up the solid oak staircase with its balustrade to the first floor where you will find four spacious bedrooms, with one of the bedrooms being a cozy children's 'room nestled into the eaves of the Pigionnier. The bedrooms are light, bright and with views of the picturesque valley and rolling hills.
The Master Bedroom offers a generous, beautiful natural lighted space and tastefully furnished with a new king bed. A day bed is positioned in the seating area and a new en-suite bathroom. From the Master bathroom you access the mezzanine floor children's bedroom (the Fort) with a set of bunk beds that will delight all ages. A double wide hallway where you will find two additional bedrooms upstairs one with two twin beds and one with Queen bed and a shared bathroom. The Bedrooms have been carefully decorated with pretty fabrics, cozy rugs and works of art. Look out for the impressive original wood beams and ceiling fans for the hotter days.

The Town
It doesn't take long to visit the village. The focus in Castelsagrat is the main central square, the Place de la Liberté, which is surrounded by lovely stone arcaded buildings dating from the 13th and 14th centuries and its lovely stone well. Various small shops and a cafe are also to be found in the arcades.
The Region
Many other wonderful market towns and villages can be found within a short drive including some of France’s 'Plus Beaux Villages'. The pink town of Montauban could be a film-set; it enjoys that pretty, alluringly and discoverable milieu, with it's center piece, Place Nationale.
Wine-enthusiasts can visit many beautiful vineyards close by as well as the enchanting town of Bergerac
This is a wonderful location where families can enjoy quality time together whilst staying in this picturesque part of France with the Tarn-et-Garonne, Toulouse, Lot-et-Garonne regions waiting to be explored.
The region around the town is a quiet rural environment, peaceful even in the height of summer. The quiet roads and gently rolling landscapes make this an ideal region for cycling in the south of France. Within an hour’s drive the family can enjoy fantastic local cuisine and explore medieval villages.
