Positive: I'm a native of the area so I knew where to go for breakfast or for some groceries. The store is three minutes on foot from the house which is very good. The town is very small but from there you can reach any location at the beach or supermarkets. The air conditioner was a life saver this year as temperatures reached 42 C . The laundry room was very useful.

Negative: From the pictures of the property, made me think that it was a ground floor house with an open back yard but it was actually the property beside that belongs to a relative. The apartment is actually on the second floor, up two ramps of stairs. The shower stand fell off the wall the first day, the television set had no sound after 10 minutes on and the kitchen really lacks some essentials like a cheese grater, can opener, a kitchen knife and a cutting board. The cost for the use of the towels is 50 eur. which I think should be optional. Some people travel with their own towels.

Summary: The experience was very good,the house just needs a bit of maintenance and a better supplied kitchen
