The Space:
The Mangrove unit is a corner unit with a private fenced in patio perfect for your furry companion, It also includes a private charcoal grill and outdoor seating. Third unit comes with two queen beds and a tv in the bedroom.
We do provide beach chairs located in the closet in the bedroom and beach towels in the tv stand in the living room.
Living room and bedroom TV are Roku tvs with Netflix logged in and Roku TV for other channels. All apps are downloaded if you would like to log in to any others.
This unit is around 550sqft
Our shared pool comes with lounge chairs and outdoor lighting as well as a fire pit for the cooler nights in the winter.
Guest Access:
To access this unit please park on the north side of the building you have a driveway and the door will have the #1 on it. Please provide your email so I can send you your door code.
The Neighborhood:
Victoria Park is one of the most sought out neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale. We are close to the beach but please keep in mind it is not walking distance. We are about 8-12 minute drive if you take SUNRISE. Please keep in mind that to get to any of our beaches you will have to cross over a drawbridge and this may make the drive longer. If you are looking to walk to the beach please message me as we do have beach properties that we can offer to you!
Getting Around:
We currently have three bikes on site for you leisure to use around the neighborhood. If you are going to the beach an uber or rental car will be your best means of transportation.
If you are going to Las Olas you can easily walk (weather permitted)
Seeing most of South Florida the most comfortable way to explore is by car.

-we offer netflix and Roku channel, all other streaming services you can use your login, please make sure to log out prior to check out.
-Pets are welcome however there is an additional $125 pet fee per stay
-We ask that your pets are not unsupervised or crated while you are away.
-Please no pets on our furniture, it is hard to clean and you will be charged additional cleaning if there is excess hair. We have a vacuum in the unit to help with any hair.
-There are under no circumstances any parties on the property(if we are alerted of this you will be asked to leave immediately)
-We do have exterior cameras to ensure the safety of our guests and property
-No smoking
-No unregistered guests on the property
-Please be courteous of others
-City of Fort Lauderdale noise ordinance is 10pm-7am
We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
