Positive: We stayed as two couples in two double rooms, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice! The rooms were spotless, peaceful, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly easy to get everywhere on foot. Parking is also convenient, with nearby parking options and free street parking available on Saturday nights and all day Sunday. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special mention goes to Magdalena, who was absolutely lovely! She was incredibly sweet, polite, attentive, and always ready to help. She is truly a wonderful person and made our stay even more enjoyable. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the location, cleanliness, comfort, and service. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Sofia! Highly recommended! ❤️
