Positive: Very nice hotel. I have stayed in Addis several times for business in different hotels in Bole region. From all of them, Loft Hotel is the best I have stayed. Good location close to the airport, new and very clean. Nice terrace on top, can be used for meetings. They also have meeting rooms - small but comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Small canteen in the lobby where you can have lunch or dinner. Breakfast is good, well not amassing. Also several restaurants around. A good one nearby is Go Fresh about 300m. from the hotel. You have internet, hot water all the time. Good place to stay Addis
Negative: If you decide to pay cash in dollars, this might be tricky. Each and every banknote is observed in details for long. Issuing year cares. Old denominations not accepted. Any small dirt or mark on the note is not accepted. This they say is requirement from the bank so not their fault. You can also pay by card, but sometimes in Addis POS terminals are not working.
