Positive: Great location. Beautiful apartment. A lot of space
Negative: The apartment is not soundproof. You can here all that is happening in the apartment above. There is no kitchen and even not basic kitchenware such as a mug or so.
Summary: I recommend Lofty Sanctuary very much despite some minor shortcomings.
