Positive: The property is quite close to Nevers train station, you can get there by foot. It is a minute's walk to the Sanctuary of Saint Bernadette. We came in November so most of the restaurants are closed but we did find nearly everything we were looking for. There's a Carrefour close by. The owner is very responsive and she tries to help as much as she can. The heaters and hot water work perfectly. It was spacious and was perfect for a family of 3 (or 4). Kitchen and laundry facilities work perfectly.
