A cosy one bedroom city apartment on the first floor (no lift) with an open plan living room and stylish modern compact kitchen. There is a dining table, that two people can work from. One bathroom, and a lovely private terrace off the bedroom to enjoy your morning coffee or that glass of wine in the evening.
THE SPACE
The flat has triple glazed windows in the living room. The bedroom is situated at the back of the building meaning it is quiet at night for a good night's sleep, with a UK King size bed. This is my home and an occasional rental and not a corporate let so the bonus is it has everything you would need for a comfortable homely stay such as toiletries, cooking products you can freely use unlike Hotels. I do have some items in the flat but have made a wardrobe Half empty with two drawers available. :-)
The apartment is great for short, or long holiday/leisure stays and business stays because of the convenient proximity to the city and tourist sights.
