The house sits in a lovely garden and has wonderful panoramic views of the Normandy countryside.
It has a beautiful large lounge, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a small conservatory
which leads out to the terrace with the outside furniture. There is a downstairs bathroom as well as a
bathroom upstairs along with the 4 bedrooms.
You enter the house into the large lounge to the right, with its comfortable sofas and chair and a
feature fireplace with wood burning stove, there is a television with a freesat box for English
channels. Internet is provided with Starlink satellite.
The kitchen and dining room are to the left, the kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge
freezer. The bathroom leads off of the kitchen and there is a w.c as well as a bath with overhead
shower and wash basin.
The conservatory is reached from the dining area and has patio doors out to the terrace there is a
drop from the patio to the garden at the end of the terrace this is not fenced.
Stairs lead from the lounge to the first floor, to the left is the master bedroom and bathroom with a
bath and overhead shower attachment, w.c and wash basin. To the right are 3 further bedrooms, 1
double bedroom, another large bedroom which has a sofa and a cot and the last smaller bedroom
with a child's bed.
The garden to the front of the house is for your private use and it extends to the side and around to
another gite where you share the garden, there is no fencing dividing the house and gite. There is
plenty of parking too at the property, the driveway entrance is shared with the gite but with separate
parking areas.
Towels and bedding are provided.

Children are welcome at the property. Guests will need to bring their own baby equipment.
