Positive: The staff deserves more than 10 stars. They are smiling, kind and helpful. I wish them all the very best. ❤️ The guy downstairs portier was really smiling and helpful with suitcases ect. We got a welcome drink when we arrived and we felt very welcome at all times! Everything was new, with smart features. Location was very good. 7 min walk and you are in the very middle of the square. Everything was clean! Loved the beautiful view and the big gym!
Negative: This is the difficult one because I really liked and appreciated the friendly staff. I could only book a triple room but unfortunately that meant 2 beds one big and smaller put in an extremely small room. For 2 big gym guys, it was very stressful navigating around in the room. No refrigerator, no space for clothes or toiletries. Bathroom was also small which wouldn't have been a problem if we could fit in. The room wasn't soundproof at all. Everything could be noise here. There wasn't laundry service, no breakfast/food. The laundromat or laundry services around were all closed.
Summary: The best staff, fantastic view and location. However room was too small.
