This all-suite 6BR/6.5BA luxury estate located directly on Galveston Bay will wow your group. Splash in the private pool, explore the private boat dock, or play a game of shuffleboard in the upstairs game room.
The “Ice House” outdoor area is ideal for an alfresco dinner with sweeping views of the bay and a crackling fire in the firepit.
Please note: The maximum occupancy is 10 adults and cannot be exceeded, however, up to four children under the age of 12 can be accommodated if the maximum occupancy has been reached. Please contact us directly to book.
LIVING AREA
The second-floor living room has incredible water views, plush seating, and a 50” TV. Light the fireplace on a chilly night, or step out onto the breezy deck.
This floor also includes a separate den with comfortable seating and a TV.
The third level of the home includes a game room and bar, complete with a 55” TV and shuffleboard table.
KITCHEN & DINING
The spacious, open-concept kitchen comes fully equipped with a center island, wine fridge, double oven, and a Sub-Zero fridge.
Have a snack at the bar with seating for six, or sit down to a big feast at the 10-person dining table.
BED & BATH
This three-story home sleeps 14 guests in six bedrooms.
The primary suite features a king bed and has direct patio access. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, separate water closet, walk-in closet, and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom also has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Upstairs, the third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, and the en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and a tub/shower combination. The fifth bedroom has two twin-size beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. (This fifth bathroom can be accessed via the game room.)
On the ground floor, the private sixth bedroom has two twin-over-queen bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A half bath off the living room provides added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The wraparound deck at this secluded location allows you to relax bayside without even leaving the property.
Head to the “Ice House,” where your group can roll up the six garage doors and enjoy outdoor dining, a firepit, and shower -- all yours and all right on the water!
The private boat dock is available as well.
