- Please be aware of wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but please be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
- As of January 2022, the City of Indio requires the reservation holder to sign an additional acknowledgment form along with providing AvantStay with a valid government ID, license plate and vehicle information, and the names of all guests in their group. AvantStay will reach out after booking to obtain this information.
- Outdoor amenities cannot be used between 9pm - 8am (Sun - Thurs) or 10pm to 8am (Fri - Sat)
- Amplified sound is not permitted to be heard outside the home at any time, per City of Indio regulations.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.
Parking Details:
A maximum of 5 cars can be parked on-site, so please carpool accordingly. This gated community does NOT allow on-street parking after dark.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Summary: We came to the Indio/La Quinta area for a gathering of our extended family. We wanted a space large enough for our family unit and to accommodate visits from the adult children of our extended family with their toddler children. I also wanted a jacuzzi for my husband to enjoy. This place met our expectations. A few days before our stay we were informed of the city of Indio “quiet hours” and were also told that those hours were also the curfew on the use of “outdoor amenities”. I was grateful to see the quiet hours expectations but dismayed about the stated restrictions on the quiet use of jacuzzi and fire feature. For what it is worth, the signage inside the unit described the quiet hours but NOT a curfew on outdoor amenities. We were also directed to the city of Indio form which asks not only the names of all occupants but also the make, model and license plate of all persons who will drive to the property as occupants or guests. While I was irritated that this combination of buzzkill and Big Brother information had not been made clear at the time I made our reservation, in the end it did not negatively impact our stay. I would have preferred that these local ordinances had been illuminated at the time I made my reservation and that the messaging was more consistent. Again, I have no problem with the quiet hours and I bet they are sorely needed during festival season but the outdoor amenities were an important part of choosing this property
