The wrap around deck/balcony with lake views has a beautiful outdoor fireplace and seating for 12-14 for outdoor dining.
Nearby is a tennis court, basketball court, table tennis, badminton and childrenโs playground with sandbox . The half mile driveway is perfect for all the tricycles and childrenโs bikes and scooters.
Steps from the house is a private dock complete with a boat with electric trolling motor, along with a canoe and kayaks ( including two childrenโs kayaks )
