Positive: Beautiful apartment, very clean, very comfortable beds. Mainly good amenities. Great tvs. Relaxing! Very close to Edgware road tube made it perfect location for Lord's and Albert Hall, as well as tubes to central London. Owner very responsive to most issues we had - good communication was appreciated.
Negative: This is obviously a new listing, so there were a few teething problems. No towels, loo roll or bowls- fixed quickly by the owner who brought some for us while we were out. Low water pressure (constantly running toilet) and therefore almost unusable shower were not able to be solved so quickly. Insufficient cutlery for a family of four, and what there was needed a good wash, so better checks are needed before guests arrive, I would say. The biggest issue for us was that the property DID NOT have a parking space to book, which the listing implies it does. The owner also confirmed by email that there was parking available at a cost of £2 a day! In fact, we are £44 down, having had to use a local car park, which was at least very close by.
Summary: Great location - good apartment with potential to be super.
