Nestled right off scenic Hwy 30a at Gulf Place, 28 Sea Croft is superbly located 1/2 mile from the stunning white sand beaches and sparkling blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico! The charming village of Gulf Place is offers an eclectic mix of boutiques, art galleries, specialty shops, cozy cafes and upscale restaurants. Gulf Place also hosts a variety of events and festivals throughout the year, showcasing live music, art exhibits, and more. Hop on the 6-Seat LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) and spin on over to the beach for the day or head to Gulf Place village for dinner and shopping!
Our three-story beach home spans an impressive 3,150 square feet and includes six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to fourteen guests.
Expertly designed with modern décor and the latest amenities, this beach retreat ensures the highest level of comfort and convenience. Step outside and discover a dream backyard featuring a private swimming pool with lounge seating, a hot tub and a full outdoor kitchen. Highlights of the interior space are brand new plush furnishings, ample space for entertaining and a fully equipped chef's kitchen equipped with the latest appliances and a walk-in pantry. For added convenience, the home includes two laundry rooms and a private garage.

28 Sea Croft Cove comes fully equipped with everything you need for fun in the sun, including 6 Huffy Beach Cruisers, 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a large ice chest for your seaside adventures. Unwind around the private pool on one of 4 brand new loungers or enjoy a game of corn hole in the backyard. And with pool towels and floats provided, your days of relaxation and recreation are ready to begin!
*If you wish to have the POOL/HOT TUB HEATED, we must know 3 days prior to arrival. Pool + Hot tub $50/night will be charged to the credit card on file.
CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
