Positive: Loved the building and the location. The building is new and the room was clean and comfortable for the most part.
Negative: The ac was switched off by the ac company since the bill wasn’t paid. I assumed that if you’re renting this room out, you would ensure that everything is in place and taken care off. When I contacted the “owner”, he was actually subleasing the room. So for 3 out of my 4 days/nights at this room, there was no ac. I had to constantly try and communicate with this person to get it back on. It was very uncomfortable in the room.
Summary: Great building and location, great facilities as well.
