6 Bedroom Villa in Peccioli, Toscana
This newly renovated villa sits between Pisa and Florence just 2 km from the Castelfalfi golf resort. The house, pool and gardens enjoy some of the most picturesque views of Tuscany. The house sits in a protected reserve (no hunting) with deer, boar and owls on our 75 acres of wildflowers. The spa is a new addition that includes an infrared sauna, Steamist shower and indoor rainwater-sourced heated pool. Many of the photos we will update as the redecoration is completed. You can follow our renovation on my instagram at rosie_peccioli. Our property is being converted to permaculture which means we have water collection, soil remediation and food growing everywhere, especially around the main house. We have olive trees, fruit trees, grape pergolas, a vegetable potager, and flower gardens. We have planted 20,000 bulbs for a year round show. We share our fields with a growing herd of roe deer and many wild boars. We have binoculars in every room for enjoying our wild friends. There is a restored 1959 Fiat 500 Jolly and a restored 1959 Fiat Belvedere on the property which can be used for events.
