Ma Maison Acropolis Mansion Suite N° 6 is a unique suite located in Mets (500 meters from Acropolis, 100 meters from the temple of Zeus, 100 meters from Kallimarmaro), right in the heart of Athens. This is the right place if you want to discover the city. It is one of the most classy and sophisticated neighborhoods in Athens (often called as "Montmartre of Athens") with a lot of shops (supermarkets, bakeries, coffee shops, fruit markets, traditional Greek restaurants, pharmacies, etc). This is a 120m² ground and first floor suite, situated in a fully renovated grand historic neoclassical house of 1930 with high ceilings consisted by one living room, one dining room, one kitchen, one big hallway, three bedrooms, one bathroom and a WC. The house is built at the foot of a hill so the suite is on the ground floor from the side of the street and on the first floor from the side that overlooks Acropolis and the temple of Zeus. Just in front of the house there is an archaeological site, the temple of Artemis Agrotera. It has one balcony and big openings with fantastic unobstructed views of Acropolis, Temple of Zeus, National Garden, Zappeio, Filopappou and Lycabettus Hills from the interior of the suite. You can come very easily from the airport through Metro network. There is also a link through the Metro network from the port of Piraeus. Acropolis metro station is 500 meters away. Let’s see the details: • Living room with a comfortable Italian design sofa and armchair overlooking all the magnificent scenery between Acropolis and Lycabettus hill. All the above can be enjoyed in a relaxing atmosphere with the help of the led spot lighting, • Three smart TVs, one in every bedroom, • Strong Wi-Fi high speed internet for you (+400 Mbps), • Central autonomous heating system, • 4 Air Conditions, • Instant use of hot water through natural gas, • Security door, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, • Modern kitchen with electrical appliances such as fridge with freezer, oven with hobs, coffee machines (Nespresso and filter), toaster, boiler. There are pots and cutleries, dishes, glasses, teapot, coffee kit and coffees (Nespresso and filter), sugar, tea (special kinds of Greece), • Bathroom with a shower cabin, • WC at the end of the hallway, • Hairdryer, • 2 Bedrooms with a queen size double beds with anatomic mattresses, pillows and all-weather quilts. Below you will find some rules for your stay in our suite. Please make sure that you have understood everything and will act accordingly:
• Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
• No parties or any type of events.
• In case you want to have someone else invited in the property we have to be informed in advance in order to give permission.
• No pets.
• Kids must never be left unattended anywhere that could put them in danger.
• Never share the codes with anyone else besides the current guests of the suite.
• When you leave the suite, you have to make sure that every door or window iscompletely closed and put the alarm in away mode through the remote control that you will be given. This has to be done for security purposes. If you leave any of the above open, you will be responsible for anything that may happen. The remote control has two buttons. You set the alarm on by pressing the locked padlock and you set it off by pressing the unlocked padlock.
• When you leave the suite, you have to make sure that you haven't left anything on. This is for safety reasons mainly as well as for environmental purposes. Specifically, you have to turn off all the lights, all the A/Cs, the oven and the kitchen stove, the air absorber, the dishwasher and the washing machine and any other electrical appliance that is on.
• During the night you are advised to close the balcony doors and the windows of the apartment. This has to be done for security reasons. Athens generally is a safe city but we have to be careful.
• Do not throw toilet paper or anything else (feminine hygiene products, wipes etc.) in the toilet. Additional basket bags are left in the apartment in order to change them as frequently as you like.
• The quiet hours are from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:00.
• In case of an emergency you evacuate the building from the main door of the suite or the secondary door in the kitchen. The key for the kitchen door is in the red box mounted on the wall next to the door. It will be used in case of emergency in the unlikely event that you can't use the front exit at Meletiou Piga street (east side). You will break the glass using the metal hammer that is attached to the box. You will find one key for the kitchen door and one for the lock of the metal green door at the ground level on the west side of the building.
