This very quiet and pleasant neighborhood is ideally situated just a few steps from the sea and the town center, where you'll find a variety of shops: bakery, butcher's, post office, mini-market, boutiques and the market (all year round on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays from 8am to 1pm). You can also choose between the two beaches closest to your accommodation: Saint-Aubin beach, lined with 1930s villas, and Bernières-sur-mer beach, less crowded but perfect for a bike ride!

Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer's lovely beaches are ideally located for a relaxing break, or for enjoying the water sports offered by the town's sailing club. Among these beaches you'll find Juno beach (Canadian landings) at Courseulles-sur-Mer, and if you want to learn more, you can take an excursion to visit all the World War II sites in Normandy. At the end of the day, enjoy yourself at the casino before heading off the next morning for a tour of Caen: the castle of William the Conqueror, contemporary art museums, the city's 100 bell towers...
