Summary: The cottage is very comfortable and well equiped, had to be put in service just recently. Everything was great except the wifi hotspot device was not consistent. I would recomment the owner gets Starlink like other folks on the island. The electric fireplace doesn't work consistently too, it keeps shutting off every few minutes, but it was not that cold that it was a problematic.
