Positive: It was a great location for a family looking for a calm place to stay very close to Playa del Carmen. The environment was very peaceful. We loved the beach and pools. Especially the pool adjacent to our apartment was a huge plus. So we could enjoy that there was even a grill on the terrace. The place was very well equipped in the kitchen and there were even toys for the beach in the apartment. The hosts, especially Karen were super helpful and received us very friendly. Altogether it was an extraordinary experience and we’ll surely return in the future.
