Positive: Beautiful room and lovely favilities/grounds.
Negative: Communication was lacking. When I arrived the front desk was closed (earlier than stated hours). When I got to my room, there was a note on the door stating that regular pest control would be spraying the following day after noon. No info about how long we would have to wait to return to our rooms, whether it would be toxic to any food, etc. The following day, there was no one in the office to answer questions until 9:30. I was going out early so tried.their phone number several times, but no answer.
