Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Staff were nice and responsive. I could leave my suitcase at the concierge until check-in time in the afternoon. They even assigned me a room slightly earlier.

Negative: The lifts are plentiful, and no waiting is required at check-out rush time. Self-checkout terminals in the lobby are very easy to use and convenient. Old photographs of Sydney in the room and the lobbies are very nice. Small things, but the floor carpet may need an upgrade soon - a tad worn out in the high-traffic area by the door, I thought.

Summary: Excellent location by Sydney Central. Bus stops are by the door, Light rail stops are nearby.
