Positive: The view was beautiful from the bedroom if you looked through the door and not the window which is a building site. Good kitchen, comfortable bed and location good.
Negative: When I used the washing machine, water was overflowing the bathroom. I suspected the water pipe was clogged. I pulled the water hose and let the water flow to the shower drain. I did complain but no one came. The TV was in a very awkward position to watch, and there were too many cushions and appliances that were unnecessary. I have been overcharged by Hosteeva and not given the discounted price of $419 AUD that was quoted and confirmed by Booking.com My credit card payment for this stay is $529.61 AUD, minus the bank charge for international payment of $18.54 AUD. Payment to Hosteevais $92.07 AUD. This complaint was passed on during our stay and to this day no refund to my credit card from which payment was made. I have no response with them.
