Luxury private and secluded estate home and gardens on 100 acres in West Fort Collins. The property includes a private stream, pond and lots of trees. Lots of wildlife roam the property including deer and fox. Sit on the deck and enjoy the mountain views, meandering stream, private pond and horses roaming the pastures. Plenty of places on the property to make memories and photos to take home to remember your time here. The house is well laid out with a beautiful hardwood floor staircase to the second floor. This house and can easily accommodate up to 10-12 guests comfortably with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for dinner! Or, for a smaller affair you will find the home to be quaint and cozy! Come and enjoy with your family and friends.

Summary: We took our family of three couples and enjoyed this wonderful property with great vistas of the mountains and plains. It was nicely decorated for Christmas with a tree and stockings. The fireplace was fun to sit around. The breakfast nook was great for breakfast with windows to view the mountains. The kitchen was well equipped but only had 4 coffee cups. We contacted the owner about horse back riding and he was quick to get back to us, but it turned out that day was snowing and to windy so we skipped the ride. The only shortcoming was the lack of shampoo, conditioner, and Kleenex. We had a wonderful stay and would return if in town again.
